Will my order ship for free?

Free-shipping eligibility appears at checkout and depends on the terms applied there.

What is the usual timeline?

Preparation commonly requires 1–2 business days and estimated shipping takes about 2–4 more business days, subject to carrier conditions.

What if I change my mind, have a personal preference, or choose the wrong product?

A non-defective return or exchange can be started during the 30 days following delivery. Keep the merchandise new and unused in its original state with all packing, labels, and accessories, then use the mail-return process.

Do I pay for the label or restocking?

No. The package contains a complimentary return label, and we assess no restocking charge.

How are product or shipment problems handled?

For damage, a defect, an incorrect item, missing contents, or a substantial listing mismatch, provide the purchase reference, checkout email, explanation, and any requested product and packaging photos or video. Wait for approval before mailing.

How long does an approved refund take?

We process it within 10 days through the original payment route. Exchanges depend on current stock.
