Acceptance and permitted conduct

Using our store, purchasing, or sending us a request means accepting these terms together with the referenced policies. Attacks, abuse, unauthorized access attempts, disruptive automation, and illegal activity are prohibited.

Listings and purchase offers

Product details are maintained with care, but presentation, packaging, or displayed colors can show reasonable differences. A submitted purchase is an offer, not automatic acceptance, and can be rejected, restricted, or cancelled because of inventory, payment, address, fraud review, error, or policy requirements.

Price, payment, and shipment

The pre-order summary shows price and applicable tax, and all charges require authorization. Delivery is handled under the Shipping Policy, including carrier-related risk. The Refund Policy controls available remedies.

Intellectual property and limits

Applicable intellectual-property law protects the content and design. Liability for indirect, special, or unexpected loss is limited where law permits. Revised terms can apply to later use and transactions after publication.
