Coverage and delivery estimates

Physical product orders placed with us are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Transit commonly takes another 2–4 business days, but carrier dates remain estimates rather than promises. Free delivery applies only when checkout confirms that the order qualifies.

Customer information and tracking

You are responsible for entering the correct address, email, and telephone number before submitting an order. Available tracking details are communicated from the carrier record associated with that purchase.

Delayed, lost, delivered, or damaged parcels

If tracking stalls, a parcel appears lost, a delivered scan cannot be located, or the contents arrive damaged, tell us without unnecessary delay. Include the order number, the email used at checkout, the tracking code, and images of both the item and packaging where relevant.

Some destinations or products may be unavailable because of carrier, legal, size, or service restrictions. A delivery question should identify the order and intended destination so we can check the applicable limitation.
