Available return options

You may ask to return a product whether it has a defect or remains free of defects, and you may request an exchange. Eligible non-defective reasons include a change of mind, personal preference, or an accidental selection. Damage, a flaw, a mis-shipment, missing contents, and a substantial listing mismatch are also covered.

Thirty-day window and item condition

Contact us no later than 30 days from the delivery date. Returned merchandise is limited to new, unused goods in their original state, accompanied by all original packing materials, tags, and accessories.

Return shipment

Use mail to return an authorized item. The parcel includes a return label at no cost, and no restocking charge applies. Please wait for our approval before placing a return in the mail.

Required details, exchanges, and refunds

Begin with your order reference, the email used at checkout, and a description of the request. We can ask for product and packaging images or video when goods are damaged, faulty, wrong, incomplete, or substantially misdescribed. Exchange fulfillment is subject to stock. An approved refund is sent through the original payment method within 10 days.
